Vacancy Procedure & Affidavit

To receive credit for any vacancy the required proof must be submitted to the Lower Lackawanna Valley Sanitary Authority (LLVSA) quarterly. The following is the electric bills required for each billing quarter along with a signed affidavit:

First QuarterJanuary February March Electric Bills  
Second QuarterApril May June Electric Bills  
Third QuarterJuly August September Electric Bills  
Fourth QuarterOctober November December Electric Bills  

The LLVSA goes back two years, if the correct proof is provided. If the electricity is off, then we require a letter from the electric company stating there is no service at that location.
