Understanding Your Bill

Residential Accounts

The Lower Lackawanna Valley Sanitary Authority (LLVSA) bills our customers quarterly.  All residential and small commercial accounts will be charged per dwelling unit. Each dwelling unit is a flat rate of $80.00 per quarter. Quarterly due dates never change, and payment is due whether or not the bill is received.

Commercial Accounts

Commercial accounts are billed based on meter readings received from the PA American Water Co.

Billing Due Dates: March 31st, June 30th, September 30, December 31st

Please Note:  LLVSA Billing due dates do not change.  LLVSA customers are billed quarterly in February, May, August and November.  Please note these dates and contact the LLVSA office if you do not receive a bill.  Payments received after each due date are subject to a 5% penalty.

Failure to receive a bill does not excuse the billing obligation.
